What we offer
Bridges to the World is based in Saint Augustine, FL, in partnership with "The Life Source Group" at
248 Southpark Circle East
St Augustine, Fl 32086.

We also provide services online through Telehealth, using the platform that follows the standards required by the state of Florida's health department.
Individual Therapy
Counseling is a relational process. When a person seeks therapy, there is a need to be heard and validated. We live in a busy world with so many distractions that we often lack the time to listen, play, or have a conversation without judgment.

Despite the various approaches and techniques that I use in therapy, my priority is to ensure that you feel comfortable, safe, and free to share your feelings and emotions. I will work together with you to establish a treatment plan and ensure that you experience progress.

Areas of expertise: Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Boderline Personality Disorder, Divorce, Grief, Parenting Issues, Couple's therapy, Pre-Marital Counseling;
Children: anxiety, depression, ODD, ADHD, anger issues, lost of a parent, parents divorcing, among other issues.

Therapy for Children
Children are my passion. They inhabit a world that often fails to respect their childhood, making it challenging for them to adjust to changes. Moreover, children find themselves in various scenarios and family contexts where they struggle to find space to be heard, play, or express their emotions.

Through play therapy, I provide a space where children can externalize their emotions, make sense of their reality, and find a safe place to be themselves. Additionally, they learn to understand the emotions they are experiencing and develop coping skills to manage them in a healthy way.
Psychoeducation
Bridges also offers talks for parents, women, and teenagers to promote awareness about mental and emotional health, covering topics such as coping strategies, communication skills, and building resilience.
