About
What is it that fuels you? For me, it’s Bridges to the World.
I love learning about people’s stories and helping them navigate through their struggles and trials to enjoy their lives and relationships in a healthy way.
Bridges to the World was founded in 2018, and has helped people with different experiences beyond mental health. We also serve as a bridge to other services as needed and encourage people to pay it forward by also helping others who are also struggling.

We aim to help children experience a genuine childhood, in this real world, by promoting education, creativity through arts using recyclable materials, and environmental awareness.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT # 3940
I hold a Masters in Pastoral Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Bridges to the World is my business to assist people to make connections in different areas, including education and volunteer work.I have dedicated myself to helping this community over the past 12 years through counseling, nurturing emotions, restoring dignity and self-reliance, and promoting community growth by empowering hope and faith to pursue their goals and dreams.Like many people, I have also experienced losses and trials in life, and I needed professional help. I found healing and later decided that, through my own experience and professional training, I could help others going through similar problems or other mental and emotional disorders. My practice is person-centered and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I employ a holistic and interactive multicultural approach that focuses on the needs of people from different backgrounds. Additionally, I work with families and children, promoting healthy relationships and growth through a family systems approach and emotionally focused therapy.
